Ironically, most “health-food stores” are packed with unhealthy foods and many “health-nuts” are digging graves with their own teeth just as surely as ‘junk-food junkies”. Detoxification
Imagine that when you were born, your parents bought you a new car. They taught you to wash it, put it in the garage at night, and what basic fuel was required to make it go. But, they never mentioned the filters! Now you have driven this car your whole life and probably never cleaned the filters. Do you think the performance might be effected?
Detoxification is the process of clearing your body filters which include your liver, kidneys, lymph, and lungs. This does not need to be a scary process. It does take some time (at least a month) and some discipline, but we hear people say “that was easier than I thought!” all the time.

Nutritional Ketosis (Fat Burning)
